The space Each side of the duplex is 1150 SF with a divided fenced in back yard for pets. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with large windows and 1 full bathroom. Upstairs is the laundry area and 1 bedroom with 3/4 bath attached (shower, no tub). The bedrooms sleep 2 people each in the same bed. (Upstairs bed is a twin daybed that pulls out to a King size bed). The living room is spacious with a 55" wall mounted smart TV. The kitchen has eating area with table and 4 barstools. Refrigerator has filtered water and ice in the door - stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All essentials are provided (even wine glasses and cork screw). If we didn't think of something, please let us know. Stocked with coffee, salt and pepper, creamer, flour, sugar, cleaning and laundry supplies. Parking is private and safe in the back of the house with 2 spaces for each side of the duplex and 1 guest space. Since you'll park in the back you'll enter through the back door which has a digital keyed entry. The back porch is divided with a privacy wall and your own grill. The backyard is divided and fenced in for pets. The front porch is large with a bench in the middle for either side of the duplex to enjoy. Located 1/4 mile from the Briley Parkway exit. Briley traffic is hardly ever slow. I know because I use it many times during the day every day. Great location for getting anywhere in Nashville!! Guest access The backyard is fenced in. Each side is individually fenced which provides you with you own area to enjoy. A grill for outdoor BBQ is provided. You have access to 2 parking spaces and 1 guest space. Parking is in the back for safety and privacy. The back porch is also separated with a wall to provide privacy and enjoyment of the space. This property is 1/4 mile from the Briley parkway "on ramp". Once on Briley, you have light to medium traffic which takes you to all the major freeways and parkways. I know because I travel Briley multiple times a day. Great location for getting anywhere in Nashville!! Other things to note We live close by so if there are any issues, we're available to help. The location is incredible for traveling anywhere in Nashville. Access to Briley Parkway is 1/4 mile away. Briley traffic is very rarely slow anytime of the day! I know because I use it many times during the day every day.
