Top floor, direct ocean front, corner unit with elevator and beautiful views of the beach from both bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and private balcony. We have upgraded the condo and believe it to be the best condo in Saint Augustine Ocean and Racquet. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom en suite with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a full size and a single size bed and is adjacent to a full second bath with a bath tub. The kitchen is renovated and fully equipped for those who want to eat in for an evening with views of the ocean while you cook. Both bedrooms and the living room have wall mounted flat screen Tvs with cable. We have stocked beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for your time at the beach. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit and WiFi. Entire unit, 4 tennis courts, 2 pools (one heated in winter), 5 hot tubs, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, community clubhouse, 2 charcoal grills, 2 fishing ponds, bike racks, car/bike rinse station, 2 beach walkovers (one on each side of our building), and catch and release ponds for fishing. We recognize that on vacation the details matter. We have a professional cleaning service that cleans the condo between guests, a professional maintenance company on standby and we live nearby. We provide our emails and cells and have them posted in the unit in the event any issue arises during your stay. We are located in the heart of St Augustine beach near some truly wonderful restaurants. We are right on the beach, and a short car ride to local grocery stores, surf shacks, and historic downtown St Augustine. The complex has two pools, one heated (in winter), 5 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, pickle ball court, shuffle board, bocce ball, 2 charcoal grills, full time security and guard house at entrance, and 2 gated dunes walkovers (one on each side of the building) each with a viewing area with built-in benches and an outside shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach. We walk to our favorite beach restaurants, but usually drive into historic St Augustine. There is a trolley pick up near the complex entrance that we understand goes to the historic district although we have not tried it. The condo association charges a one time $15 parking fee and issues a parking pass for the duration of your stay for up to two vehicles. Prior to your arrival, we provide a link to pre-pay for your parking pass(es) via credit card directly to the condo association. Upon your arrival, drive straight to the guard gate where your parking pass will be ready for pick up. There is no need to visit the on-site rental office. The elevator is located at the end of the building furthest from the beach. The condo is at the other end of the building closest to the beach near the top of the stairs.
