Complimentary coffee & tea bar to help get the day going or help to wind down in the evening! Located just outside the heart of town to provide enough privacy to our guests. There are lakes and rivers close by to experience some great fishing opportunities in all seasons, including minutes away from Buttetnut Lake! Other things to note Please note: Any more than 2 guests must have a minimum of a TWO night stay or your request will be denied. The total amount of guests allowed is 5, however more can be accommodated for additional fees. External property is monitored by surveillance and these rules will be enforced. Also please be mindful that this is an affordable stay but in no means is it luxurious, our home is cozy and comfortable and still in the process of some exterior updates. If this may hinder your overall rating, please book elsewhere. We try very hard to keep the lowest price for your stay and ask you remember that upon booking (there are local motels with two beds for about $99/night). Also, wi-fi is free and not included but with recent issues it is NOT guaranteed during any stay. This is out of our hands and we are working hard to switch providers but within contract is making it difficult. Lastly, if you book your stay with us, please read over the listing carefully... A/C is NOT offered at our home and leaving negative reviews on this is not appreciated (again, we try really really hard to give families/larger groups and everyone else a cheaper stay so they can focus on other activities and not have to spend a lot on stays).
