Guest access The master suite on the main level, both downstairs bedrooms and bathroom, hot tub, patio, garage, kitchen, living rooms, dining room, laundry room, 1/2 bath on main level. Other things to note *No unauthorized/additional guests allowed at the house or property (even if not staying overnight). All guests staying must be only those intended from the original booking and not to exceed the house max of 5 people. * No parties or unathorized gatherings *No smoking or vaping inside or outside (a $500.00) fee will be assessed per occurrence. *Remove all outside shoes/footwear upon entering home and while inside the house at all time. *Children must be supervised at all times.
