Located in beautiful Hampton Beach, NH, Newly renovated rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Right across from the Hampton Beach State Park, 0.3 miles from the beach and casino. The space This is a Motel at the beginning of the strip on Hampton Beach. We are NOT on Ocean Boulevard so there is no view of the ocean from the roof. You will however see ocean from our rooftop deck where we have the pool. Please note that some of the guests do not like our small bathrooms. Please be sure to look at the pictures before you book to avoid disappointment. We also do not allow smoking in the balcony/hallway. There are 2 dedicated smoking areas on the ground floor. Guest access You will have access to your room. The Hallway is shared. Every room has a private bathroom. Other things to note 1) Check in Check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. There will be an additional $25 charge for checking in between 9 pm and 10 pm. For check-ins after 10 pm, please reach us out before making the reservation. 2) Parking There is only one car parking allowed per room (even with 4 guests in 2 queen beds rooms). Be sure to park in the assigned spot only and fill in our check-in form once you are at the desk 3) Smoking/Vaping Absolutely no smoking/Vaping ANYWHERE except the 2 designated areas on either side of building on the back (vending machine and the water hose). Smoking in room, pool, hallway and deck I prohibited. 4) Security deposit Please note that there will be $250 security deposit when you check-in. Within 24 hours of your departure, once we have inspected and cleaned the rooms, the hold will be released. Please read our motel policies carefully. 5) Pool hours (Opened from 07/01/2025 to 09/01/2025 ) 10 am to 9 pm 6) Drinks in the pool or around the pool is not allowed. It is perfectly fine to drink on the deck, just make sure to bring your bottles back to the room. 7) Please note that no food or snacks is allowed in the pool or the roof top deck. 8) Please don’t eat on the bed. There is a dining table in every room. Marks on the sheets and towels which can’t be cleaned will be charged.
