Mid-century modern cabin, gleaming Airstream and sauna along seasonal Austin Creek, nestled among the Redwoods. PRICING REFLECTS 4 PEOPLE MAX FOR THE USE OF THE HOUSE. AIRSTREAM IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 per night + $50 Cleaning Fee AND SLEEPS 1-2 ADULTS. Welcome to Seven Sundays, a boutique collection of one-of-a-kind vacation rental properties in Northern California. Sundays mean many things to many – to indulge in doing nothing, be enveloped in another’s company, to read, relax and dream at each week’s apex. A point to reflect and regather, repeat or evolve. Imagine if every day was a Sunday – if even a few minutes of each day were sparked of that same lucid togetherness. A simpler, slower, less fraught existence. We believe there is a strong bond between our surroundings and happiness. We hope that you’ll find the outdoors and the interiors of Sequoia House to be equally memorable. Follow us @sequoiahouse. Outside: majestic redwoods of coastal Sonoma County, seasonal Austin Creek with private access, dry heat sauna with outdoor shower, creek-side hammocks, very quiet, peaceful and private, outdoor patio heater, BBQ, wine and beach are within minutes. Inside: mid-century gem, mix of rustic, vintage and modern interiors created by the owner. One of a kind home accessories from Seven Sundays Studios and featured artists. A welcome bottle of local champaign. Top of the line ‘70’s era turntable with a nice collection of vinyl, wood burning fireplace. Among the amenities are a lack of cell phone reception and no TV (except in the Airstream) but we have fast WiFi and a landline. Perfect for romantics, explorers, wine lovers, and beachcombers. A rare combination of rustic and modern, nature and comfort a short distance from the hustle of the City. Accommodations: Two-bedroom, mid-century cabin, all original details well preserved, very comfortable. 2 queen-sized beds sleeps 2-4. Upstairs bedroom is a loft. Newly remodeled bathroom with shower, heated floors, towel warmer. Brand new heaters. Fully stocked kitchen featuring Sven Ceramics . Additional accommodations courtesy of a 16’ Airstream, sleeps 1 adult comfortably and 2 cozily. Dry heat sauna with outdoor shower, next to the cabin seats 2-4 people. Fireplace: Typically, we allow guests to use the fireplace from October to April depending on fire hazard issues posted by the local fire department. Property is not suited for children under 8 years old. No animals. 3 night minimum stay (up to 5 nights in the Summer), occasional 2 night stay pending availability. Where: 10 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes to Guerneville, close to many Russian River wineries. Bodega Bay/Jenner - dramatic ocean views, bird watching, whale spotting, rugged NorCal beaches and good selection of dining. Guerneville / Monte Rio / Duncan Mills – river rafting, summer music festivals, restaurants, bars, bakeries, groceries, and best taco truck around. Russian River Area – wine tasting, pastoral valleys, restaurants hiking, and biking. Property is operated with vacation rental permit. TOT #1392 We do not live on the property but have a property manager that is available for questions or if there is an issue of any sort.
