Enjoy your stay in this top floor, luxury, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ski-in/ski-out condo: Juniper Springs Lodge #532! Juniper Springs Lodge is one of Conde Nast Traveler's Top 50 Ski Resort properties and Mammoth's premier luxury ski-in/ski-out location, located directly at Chairlift #15 and Little Eagle Lodge. This spectacular condo offers 4-star hotel ambiance and is located on the top floor of the building, facing west, allowing you to experience the beautiful views of the mountains, while enjoying the warming rays of the sun. It is beautifully decorated with unique furnishings and the work of local artists, such as an antler mirror, antler chandelier, and a friendly bear to greet you. It boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, appointed with granite countertops and solid wood detail, countertop space and barstools for dining, and a master bedroom with King bed and large flat screen TV with DVD player. The living room features a gas fireplace, L-shaped Queen sleeper sofa, recliner chair, flatscreen TV with DVD player, cable, free high-speed internet, a fun drawer (with games, books, DVDs, etc.) and an outdoor balcony. Juniper Springs Lodge also offers heated underground parking, lobby room with hearth, outdoor heated pool and 3 Jacuzzis, common area BBQ and firepit, workout room, and on-site grocery and coffee house. The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items. ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS! Below is a list of what you can now expect to find stocked in your property, as well as suggested items you may want to bring from home. Do not travel with someone who is sick.” According to the November 17th, 2020 Town of Mammoth Lakes Health Office Order, "only members of a single household/living unit are to stay in short-term lodging units/rooms."
