Our little cozy cottage is just a two minute walk from the Holmes County Trail Hub, where you can walk, bike, or do just about any form of exercise. It is conveniently located on the edge of town, just minutes from downtown Millersburg, with many restaurants and other area attractions to choose from. Berlin, Sugarcreek, and Walnut Creek are just a short drive away. All bedrooms are narrow, leaving not much room for more than a bed. The main bedroom has a queen bed and accent chair. The Bed is against the wall on one side, access has to be made from the bottom or one side of the bed. The second room has a twin bed also against the wall on one side. In the middle of the two rooms is the living room, which is also where the entrance is to the house. Couches are located on either side of the door way with a step down to the dining room. A bar table is in the dining area with 4 stools. The bathroom is located off of that. An older shower/bath is available and the toilet sits close to the wall in a corner as well. There is a small vanity and shelf for storage, along with a towel closet. On the other side of the dining room is the entrance to the kitchen, which happens to be a fairly good size for the size of the home. No dishwasher is available, but there should be plenty of Dishcloths and towels available. The basics are provided for you in the kitchen. Through the kitchen is access to a bonus room. This also will give you access to the deck. This room has a Futon and a small tv. An outdoor table and chairs are also provided in this area. Please be aware, there is a step up on the porch, deck and there is a step inside down to the dining area. You will also have parking on a cement pad in the back of the home or rock area on the side of the house, but will be walking to gain access inside. We also keep the door locked off the bonus room that is the laundry room, so you will not have access to that. This is a small home, but should function with most needs during your stay. The house does sit fairly close to the street and there is an alley on one side of it. There are 2 steps on the inside from the living area down to the bathroom and kitchen area. There is a step up on the porch. The Queen bed is against the wall so if 2 people are sleeping in it, one person will have to crawl across the bed.
