The condo is located on a single level on the 4th floor with elevator access and a deck to enjoy the views of Spud Mountain and the Needles Mountain Range, perhaps the most stunning and gorgeous array of 14,000 foot peaks in all of the Colorado Rockies. The condo also features a washer/dryer and WIFI. The building features a hot tub on the roof with great views, a restaurant, 2 bars, an arcade, a slopeside deck, Purgatory’s ski school, the Purgatory childcare facility, 2 ski rental shops (one for high performance gear), and the resort’s premier shopping location, Purgatory Sports. With the deli right next door offering great sandwiches, breakfast, and light groceries, you truly won’t have to get in your car after you arrive. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
