You'll be able to walk to Main Street for restaurants, bars, shopping, and local festivals. You can also take the free shuttle everywhere in town from the stop at the end of the driveway. After a long day of hiking or on the slopes enjoy the shared pool and hot tubs followed by a warm fire in the wood burning fireplace! Make yourself at home at this spacious lofted condo featuring a king-sized bed in the loft & a twin-over-full bunk w/ one full and one 3/4 bath. Walk everywhere – the ski lifts, Main Street, & pool complex within minutes (or even seconds)! The condo, which sleeps 2-4 people, is the perfect getaway for one or two couples, a few friends, or a family with children. After a full day of winter/summer sports (or pampering at the local spas), enjoy lounging on both levels or relaxing in front of the flat screen TV (with cable and free wifi). If you would like to take a soak, three hot tubs and the outdoor heated pool are just a mere 45-second walk away. For our chefs and cooks, the kitchen is 100% fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking and dining on a daily basis. Additionally, this well-kept property includes a wood burning fireplace, balcony, and ski storage/laundry facilities on the first level of the condo building. If you like convenience, you will appreciate this awesome location. The condo is a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift or the free shuttle pick up is at the end of the driveway. When your skiing or boarding day is complete, simply take the Four o'clock run to town to conveniently return to the condo. For summer visitors, you will find several trail heads just a few blocks from the condo. Main Street with its many shops and restaurants are just a 3-minute walk from this ultra-convenient location. You will have access to the entire condo (except for the locked owners closet), as well as one unassigned parking space in the parking lot. Though we'd love to hang out with you and have coffee on Main Street (or take a ski run with you), we live out-of-state. If you have any needs while in Breckenridge (or before you arrive), we have a team of friends and people to help you! The Four O'Clock neighborhood puts you uber-close to just about everything in Breckenridge - The ski slopes, hiking trails, Main Street and the Riverwalk Center. Flying into Denver? You can drive straight to our condo or take an airport shuttle all the way to our front door. For those with vehicles, free parking is available directly outside the condo building. Check-in is 4:00pm - early check-in is not available. Check-out is 10:00am - late check-out is not available. Luggage drop off is not available. The parking pass is only available during your reservation, not before or after. While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run is OPEN* The pool and hot tub facility is open noon - 8pm 7 days/week during the winter and will tentatively be closing on April 14, 2024 until it reopens for the summer season on May 24, 2024. While you are welcome to ship items to the condo during your stay, we cannot accommodate packages being delivered to the condo ahead of your stay as there is nobody to receive the package, we also do not give out the condo number until it is ready for you on the day of check-in. If you are using Amazon, you may ship items ahead of your stay to the Amazon lockers at the Whole Foods in Frisco, CO (about 15 minutes away). Weather in the mountains can be severe and unpredictable, especially during the winter. No refunds will be given due to weather, traffic, or road conditions. As with most condos in the county, there is no A/C in the condo but summer nights in the mountains usually cool off nicely! In addition to the no pet policy, we cannot accommodate requests for service animals or emotional support animals due to allergies. Please review the Airbnb cancellation policy prior to booking.
