Outside the kitchen is a private patio with BBQ and furniture. Upstairs is the master and guest bedrooms. Both rooms have private full sized baths and balconies. The master bedroom has a view of the racetrack. The location is away from the road and the tennis court resulting in maximum privacy and minimum noise. There is no direct view of the ocean from the Condo however it is very close! Condo complex is right on the ocean with spectacular views. Guests can park on the street or you can use one of the tandem spots you dont use If you have any questions or concerns at anytime let us know! If you want to use body boards we can provide. There are also extra beach towels and beach chairs. Quiet townhome and neighborhood. Resort like amenities in common areas good for family and friends. Just south of the complex is Dog Beach. 1) Necessities: Whole Foods and BevMo is 1 mile away, Qwik mart store right next to complex, and under 10 miles to Tesla Supercharger. 2) Cedros Design District: Located near property, walking distance or short Uber. Every Sunday is a Farmer's Market. On the weekends and throughout the week live music hosted at the Belly up Tavern. Other attractions include, craft beer / brewery, wine tasting, coffee and boutique shops. 3) Beaches: You have private access to beach. This particular beach is hard to get to for non-residents. The beach and offers a privacy and usually only has local residents. Great for body boarding and surfing. Just south less than a half mile away is Del Mar North Beach where you will find larger crowds and an area that is pet friendly. 4) Del Mar Fair: San Diego County Fair is June to July 4th. Horse race season is July through September. There is also a smaller racing season at the beginning of November called the "Breeder's Cup". You can easily access the Del Mar Racetrack through the Solana Gate Entrance or get a shuttle located around the corner of the complex marked by cones. 5) Nightlife: Across the street is Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar, it is quiet and closes early although it has a great happy hour. Walking distance is the Saddle Bar, Culture Brewing Company, Pizza Port, and Carruth Winery. You can also watch live music at the Belly Up Tavern. Within 3 miles you have access to a vibrant nightlife filled with bars and restaurants in Encinitas and Del Mar. 6) General: The area is among the safest in all of San Diego. It is a classy and upscale beach community. Located on east side of Sierra avenue about 200 meters or 2 min walk to oceanfront. Ocean front deck and access is private and restricted to community members (great privacy for you and your family!) Bring or rent your surfboard! Go running on the sand or relax and enjoy the sun. We have left some additional amenities for guests: body boards, beach chairs, umbrella, sandcastle kit, beach towels, iron & board, and hair dryer. Also we have Jenga, Connect 4, Scrabble and Monopoly. I hope you enjoy using these items! We have 2 portable AC units in each bedroom and all new doors and windows help keep the space cool. Our complex does not have central heat and air. We have plenty of fans, space heaters, 2 ac units and radiant heat for the property
