Welcome to The Chelsea, where you can enjoy 310 sun filled days a year. Our quiet 3 Bedroom-Townhome is conveniently located near all Major Freeways, Sites and Attractions. My husband and I are locals & are excited for you to share in all that our Great City has to offer. Whether your visiting Henderson, Las Vegas, or any of our amazing surrounding cities and towns, we sure hope you will feel right at home. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our beautifully decorated, fully renovated, 3-bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathroom townhome. This is a two-story townhome. All three (3) bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Parking is in the drive way only. The garage is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Bedroom One: 1 King pillow top bed Bedroom Two: 1 Queen spring top bed Bedroom Three: 1 Full & 1 Twin (both are spring beds) We can comfortably sleep and accommodate up to 6 guests. Please let me know if you are traveling with small children. Neighborhood: Our 1320 sq. ft. Townhome (Located in Henderson) is in a quite residential neighborhood, conveniently located 15 minutes from the Harry Reid International airport, 20 minutes to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, and less than 5 minutes to many restaurants, shopping, and local casinos. Whether you're here to visit the world famous, Las Vegas Strip, to partake in a day of amazing golf, or taking in one of the our many magical, majestic sites and attractions, you are in the right place. Check In & Check Out Your Check-In time is 4:00 PM. The check in process is keyless. This allows you to check-in for your stay easily! The lock is a keyless keypad. You will be provided instruction and a key code on the day of your arrival. Your Check Out time 11:00 am. Please remove all food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Please place all dirty towels in the bathroom and run the dishwasher. Please remove all trash and place tied trash bags in the trash bin outside. Please do not move any of the furniture around. All furniture should be in the exact location upon departure. I will be available for you during normal business hours via the Airbnb message app. After hours and in case of emergency... you'll be provided a contact number upon check-in. Residential Neighborhood made up of single family homes and townhomes. Close to freeway, shopping, restaurant and local casinos. Walk, Car, Uber, Lift & Ride Share. Must park in the driveway. Cleaning A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. We take your health and the safety very seriously and have put in extra processes to ensure our homes are thoroughly disinfected before each visit. Your safety and enjoyment in our home are our #1 priority. Doors and Windows Please do not open windows while running the AC/Heating. Be sure to close and lock all windows and doors, when you leave the home. No Smoking & No Candles There is a strict NO smoking policy. There is no smoking of any kind inside or outside the property… There is a $1,000 additional charge if smoking is detected. Please NO burning of incents or candles. Trash The trash and recycles bins are located inside the gates on the east side of the home. Please tie up all trash and place all trash bags in outside trash bins. The trash is picked up on Saturday. Please roll out both trash and recycle bins on Friday night for Saturday pick up. Please bring back in should your stay be over the weekend. Max Number of Guests Please note the maximum number of guests in/at our home is six (6). We cannot allow any overnight guests inside or out that go over that number. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. Please note that our home has only one (1) full bathroom. That is why we limit the number of guest to six (6). Noise Ordinance*City of Henderson*Fines Please note that the city of Henderson has an Extremely Strict, Noise Ordinance. This ordinance states that ALL guest must adhere to the quiet hours published in the ordinance. Quite hours are between the hours of 10pm-7am on weekdays and 10pm-10am on weekends and holidays. All backyard lights must be off during quiet time. We ask our guests to respect the surrounding neighbors and keep their noise level to a reasonable amount during these hours. In addition, if ANY guests violate any rules and laws imposed by the city of Henderson that results in any fines or citations, the guest(s) will be 100% responsible for ALL of the costs and fines. Noise Monitoring System The city of Henderson also requires that we keep and maintain a noise frequency monitoring system. This device is installed both inside the home and outside the home. It will alert us if the noise level reaches a certain decimal. These devices DO NOT record audio. Alarm/Cameras Please note, for the safety of our guests and property, there is active security cameras on outside corners of house at front, back & side yards, and a Ring doorbell at the front door. These operate 24 hours a day. Parties & Gathers The City of Henderson DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OF ANY KIND. If it is brought to our attention that you are having a party, your reservation will be canceled immediately, and you will be removed from the property. Any added fees or charges expended to administer your removal (i.e. hiring an armed security company to remove the guest from the property) shall be the full responsibility of the guest. In addition to those costs a violation of this covenant can/will result in fines of up to $2,500 and loss of booking with no refund. No Pets No pets allowed. Violation of this can result in fines of up to $500 and loss of booking. If you have a FEDERALLY REGISTERED service animal, please contact us prior to booking. Locked Closet The closet located in the downstairs hallway is to remained locked at all times. Please do not tamper with the lock. Garage: Garage is not accessible at this time. Please you the private single car driveway located in the front of the home. Alarm The home is equipped with a Ring security alarm system. This will be not be engaged during your stay. If, for some reason, it goes off during your stay, please contact us immediately.
