Enjoy the spacious acreage and mountain views. 10-15 minutes from state parks with trails for hiking, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. 12 minutes from the heart of downtown Deep Creek. 20 minutes from Wisp Resort. The entire house was recently updated. The first floor features the kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, master bedroom with private bathroom, queen bedroom, and full bathroom. Upstairs features the kids room with four twin beds, a king bedroom, and the game room. A pack and play is provided if needed. Outdoor space includes a conversation set on the front porch with mountain views, and a backyard patio with hot tub, fire pit, grill, dining area, and mood lighting. The backyard also features acreage for yard games. The entire property is available for guest access other than the garage. There is plenty of space for parking. You will be provided a personalized access key code for access to the home through-out your stay. There is a futon in the game room for one individual in order to accommodate up to 11 guests. Four wheel drive is strongly recommended during the winter season in order to get up the driveway. Once up the driveway, cars can safely be parked in front of the garage on the level parking pad. Please note that the driveway will be plowed prior to your stay, but if you have more than one car, it cannot be plowed during your stay (as the plow cannot maneuver around multiple cars). A snow shovel is provided if you need to shovel out. A walkway will be shoveled to get into the home prior to your stay. Due to it being a gravel drive, salting is prohibited. We are pet friendly permitting one up to 100 lb dog. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Dog food bowls and baggies to pick up poop are provided. There is a one time non-refundable $50 pet fee. For holiday weekends we require a three night minimum stay. Please inquire with any questions.
