Papakea A 206 has stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and islands of Molokai and Lanai. Additional Description: Effective May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels) and jet spas, three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas, putting greens and cabanas that can accommodate up to 35 people. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. Papakea A 206 is a newly remodeled studio condo with a split A/C system, ceiling fans and ocean breezes. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, range, garbage disposal and refrigerator with an ice maker. Entertainment includes a wall mounted flat screen television. WiFi is also provided. A 206 is furnished with tropical mahogany furniture (sustainably grown) and is decorated in Hawaiian decor with tile and wood flooring to make this condo feel cooler. There is a brand new King size bed looking out over the ocean and a twin aero-bed available for an additional guest. The lanai has an outdoor dining table, two chairs and a chaise lounge. Take in the spectacular sunsets and then let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep from this direct ocean front condo. Come and relax and enjoy the aloha spirit in this inviting unit. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Please note: Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk upon arrival. My Perfect Stays is available Monday through Sunday, from 9 am until 5:30 pm Hawaii Standard time. Honokowai Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
