Our home features: -3 bedrooms -2 full bathrooms (both bathroom are en-suite bathrooms) - a living room with 55 inch tv and Netflix, Amazon prime. Disney+, and Roku streaming services) - a dedicated Dr work area, - high-speed internet - a fully equipped kitchen with a chef’s island - great outdoor areas (fire pit with cafe lights, two small decks. outdoor dining, and a grill) -family friendly with pack’ N play, baby bathtub, and a play pen) Our guests love our amenities the two en-suite bedroom bathroom set up and that both of these rooms can be accessed through the house as well as have their own private access. This historical 1100sq house has charming old chandeliers, cathedral ceilings, and beautiful outdoor areas. Our house is ideal for 4-6 guests (one family, or a party of two separate couples and two kids or 4 single guests). We have one large main bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is small and has a full-size bed and an en suite bathroom. And has a private access from the backyard as well as from inside the house. The third bedroom is small and has one single trundle that opens up to create two single beds. The house has large outdoor areas. The non-fenced front yard has four main areas: A patio seating area, a Gazebo with an outdoor dining table, a grilling area with a propane gas grill, a spacious fire pit seating area with cafe lights (we don't provide logs for the fire pit), and some fun outdoor toys. The fenced backyard has a small porch off the main bedroom with a seating area for two people, a hammock and cafe lights. The backyard provides a sense of privacy. The kitchen has an island for indoor dining and food prep, a full-size gas stove, compact appliances: dishwasher, washer and drier, and small appliances such as a Ninja blender, a food processor, a hand mixer, an air-frier, and wine glasses, topper ware, pots, pans, and much more. It is also stocked with different spices for cooking, too. We have an efficient mini-split heating and cooling system for the main bedroom, kitchen, and living room. All minisplit units must be on at the same time and on the same mode (temperatures can vary across units). There are additional three window ACs (in case additional cooling is needed) for one of both small rooms. This heating and cooling system allows you to heat and cool the house. During the winter we have a small gas fireplace that heats up most of the house. We provided everything we think you may need. Need something a little extra? Just ask. Keybad with a code to access the house and guests have full access to the entire property except for the shed in the backyard and the bedroom closets that are used for storage. We are located in a central location in the West of Logan City in the Hocking Hills. The selling point about the location is its convenience. We are located half a block away from Mingo park and everything you need for shopping is less than a mile away. The house is situated in a safe working family-oriented residential neighborhood. If you are seeking a luxury neighborhood, this is not what our location offers. The convenience of our location is the appeal. We are 8 minutes from Lake Logan State Park, 19 minutes from Old Man’s Cave, 20 minutes from John Glenn Astronomy Park, and 16 minutes from Wahkeena Nature Preserve. There are many other attractions such as the Rample Grove golf course, tree-house ice cream, antique mall, Old Dutch restaurant, the Hocking Hills Souvenir Store, Emporio Coffee house, and more. The Hocking Hills Canoe Livery and Historic downtown Logan are 5 minutes with local bars, restaurants, yogurt ice cream shops, and more. We are also 3 minutes away from Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave. Mingo Park is a 5 minutes walk from our location. We are 30 minutes from the city of Athens, 14 minutes away from Nelsonville, and almost 52 miles away from Columbus. Parking is available and our gravel driveway fits up to three or four cars. You will need a car around our location. House/ property rules: no weapons, excessive drinking, or drugs allowed in this Airbnb. No pets. No parties. No smoking. Use toys and books under parental/adult supervision. Because both bathrooms are en-suite and attached to bedrooms we advise that this house isn’t suitable for a party of three couples as there is no shared common area bathroom. However the set up is ideal for a group of four (2 couples), a family of six, or 4-6 single guests.. Please follow safety measures around the fire pit. Because the front yard isn’t fenced we cannot promise full privacy where the fire pit, patio, and Gazebo are located. However the back yard is fenced and gives a sense of privacy.
