We offer a unique beachfront, family oriented vacation home. The off-season has been busy with updating the kitchen, and the 2 shower/tub bathrooms, adding new tile, fixtures, and appliances. This is a true quiet beach getaway. We use the home for holidays and beach trips so the unit is set up as a home away from home . It is fully stocked for big family dinners and full of fun beach gear for the kids. When you want to get off the beach, which is hard, we have a community pool close by. And we are walking distance to a local restaurant and bar for dinners out side the house and a little night life. You have full access to the house except for our one owner's closet. I live in Atlanta, but will be able to help with a series of local handyman, cleaners, photographers, you name it. We are a small quiet neighborhood. One of homes was recently featured in the HGTV show Beachfront Bargain Hunters. I am the President of the HOA. If there are any issues with the pool, the beach etc.., just let me know. We are at the end of the Ft Morgan Peninsula. Good restaurants and convenience stores are close by. But you will need your car to get into town for t-shirt shops, go carts, and putt putt. And the big box grocery stores. HOA restrictions: * parking limited to 5 cars parked under the unit and even with the front door. * Renters must have an adult over 25 in the home at all times - no Spring Breakers.
