If you do smoke, you may do so on the driveway area but must have a container for the ashes and cigarette butts. *All pillows and mattresses are protected for your personal comfort. *Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of Axel's Place. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in additional fees and eviction without refund. *Minimum age requirement to rent this property is 25 years old!!! *There is NO ALARM on the hot tub for children!! *Dogs ONLY are allowed on the premises. Non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged for each dog. No dogs are allowed on the furniture to ensure cleanliness for the next guests. Please use the kennel if you want.
