If you are looking for the North Park experience, my place is for you! It's walking distance to all the restaurants and bars including my favorites: Urban Solace, Sipz, Belching Beaver Tasting Room, City Tacos, Coin-Op Game Room, Hess Brewery, and many more!!! Plus it's just north of Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo!!! You'll love my place for the location... It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). I've also hosted tons of business travelers. See you soon! You'll love the huge bed (king), and even the guest sleeper sofa in the living room is a Full/Double, so it's big enough for a second couple. One note, it's a one bedroom, one bathroom, and the bathroom is next to the bed... which also means you have to walk through the bedroom to get to it. It's not a big deal, but I wanted to give you a heads up. In addition to the house, there is an outdoor dining area in back that is shared between the two rental houses. There is also on-site laundry that you are free to use. Myself or my cohosts are just a message away! The great part about the neighborhood is the fact that you can walk to local restaurants, bars and breweries. All located on University Ave! There is a locking gated parking spot (carport) for you to use, but fair warning, sometimes it can be a little tight to maneuver because it’s in an alley. Some folks have more trouble with it than others, but I’ve never had anybody not able to park if they go slow. And the spot has fit pretty much all shapes and sizes of vehicles (although I would be worried about a jacked up truck because there is a roof on the car port). I just want to give you a fair heads up! Just so that you're aware, this is one of two houses that I rent on my property. They are next to each other, so it's likely you will bump into the other renters as well from time to time. I would just ask that you please respect their privacy, as I will also request that they respect yours! Before I moved I lived here.
