Starting at the front door you will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! There are only a few steps required to enter the unit!
Open layout living room, dining and kitchen + guest bath on the main level! Upstairs features 2 queen bedrooms with private baths and the washer and dryer! The spacious living room area, charming kitchen island, patio + AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION will make your stay highly memorable!

Enjoy your retreat in this spacious and perfectly located modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. Here you will feel in the heart of WyHOMEing while being perfectly located to the communities attractions and experiences.
At this convenient modern 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit, you will be able to enjoy keyless entry provided, no need to stress about keys! The entry code provided upon check in! ( This is changed remotely so you can rest assured you are in a safe home!)
Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!
(Please note, there is a unit downstairs as well as next door, they understand stomping and late night noise is not allowed, if you run into any issues with this at all please simply text us and we will see to it this is addressed immediately, although it is in confidence not to be expected. )
When we say convenient, we mean it! This central modern unit is steps from the very best Sheridan has to offer, while only a short walk to downtown! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the park down the street!
Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter.
If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more!
Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 10 minutes away!

Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 10 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance!

Other Things to Note:
Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own unit. There is a downstairs unit, as well as next door. Please note these are NEW construction units, there are two units side by side upstairs and two studios downstairs. The studios are locked off from the upstairs, secure with no access in between.
There is a chance for some noise through the stair well so please be mindful of the neighbors.
Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.
For parking at this property you may park in front the unit or on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks.
If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, a parking garage at the bank near by, or you may park it on the street in front or near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors.
Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you!
The driveway and street parking is shared with the other units.
