That just leaves one question: Where to park the car? ON-SITE PARKING: The building offers paid parking for as low at $15/day (depending on how many days you're booking). We’ll share the link to reserve your spot with them once you book. ON-STREET PARKING Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited. OTHER OPTIONS For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, we recommend getting around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you! - The gym is open from 7 am to 9 pm - There is an accessible ramp at the left-hand side entrance of the building - Parking details will be provided after booking. The gated lot has covered and uncovered options, and you are allowed to come and go as needed during your stay. The cost ranges from $15-$20 per day, depending on the duration of your stay (with a cap of $250 per month) - Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee - Pets are welcome for a $15/night per pet cleaning fee (capped at $250/month) - A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed. - The elevator is only until the 8th floor only, guest will need to take a stairs to go to 9th floor
