Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, featuring two twin-size beds and a large flat-screen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own separate oasis. The guest bedroom leads out onto its own private balcony, ideal for taking in those incredible sunrise views. The ensuite guest bathroom offers a stunning granite countertop along with a gorgeously-tiled and spacious walk-in shower. Unwind in ultimate serenity after an action-packed day. The fully-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the entrance, and boasts stunning granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, as well as a gorgeous backsplash to complement the overall ambience of the area. Enjoy all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. An elegant high-top dining table seats six guests comfortably, and there are three additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area, boasting lovely matching furnishings and stylish décor, along with a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Things to know: Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31. Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.) Parking notes: Parking passes will be handed out by security upon arrival: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
