Come and relax in this beautiful condo with a private balcony and lanai. It has been nicely furnished with a true beach feel and was recently redecorated. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a home-cooked meal after enjoying the beach. Come to relax and enjoy the sunsets and views of the Gulf, East Pass, and the pool. You'll have access to two TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player. Enjoy what Magnolia House has to offer its guests: a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with three charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and two tennis courts. Beach chairs are only available on the gulf side but guests have access to the beach on the Jetty side. Things to know: Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31. Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.) As of Monday, March 22, 2021, the north elevator at Magnolia House will be unavailable until May 31, 2021, as it is being replaced. The south elevator will still be operable during this time. Parking Notes: Parking Passes will be handed out upon arrival at the Security Gate. There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. Water Access: Beach Access is located at the end of Lands End Drive 2 Beach Chairs 1 Umbrella available for guests Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
