With a sunken bedroom floor, unique sloping ceiling, king pillow top bed, and an antique writing desk overlooking the garden, the Oxford Room is a delightful Victorian hideaway. The bathroom offers a vintage 1920 tub/ shower combo, and hand-painted porcelain sink, completing the authentic character of this charming room. Central air/heating, ceiling fan, heated towel rack, HEPA air-filtration system, and TV ensure you're comfortable during your stay. Guess will have plenty of options at Hummingbird Inn to hang out in from the large guest parlor with a cozy fireplace, game selection and lending library to the peaceful tranquility of our private Victorian Garden. And of course, no stay is complete without spending some time on our 1000 sq ft wrap around porch! Chances are you will usually find your host Innkeeper here nightly and you’re welcome to join him for some “Porch Time”. Come and listen to some music, share a lite snack or chat over an enjoyable glass of wine or other enjoyable refreshment. The Easton area offers a wide variety of things to do from shopping, dining, checking out art galleries and museums to the many festivals that are held in the town throughout the year. We will be happy to help you find things to do and offer maps, brochures and other information regarding local and nearby attractions and events. We have 6 unique en suite rooms with delightful Victorian architecture, traditional details, and modern luxury. All rooms include central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, large windows overlooking the property and/or the historic district, HEPA Air Filtration System, sound proofing, private bathrooms with heated towel racks, unlimited hot water, high pressure shower heads, some with claw-foot soaking tubs or bubble-jet massaging tub, ESA Eco-Friendly bath products (Glycerin Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Sower Gel, Body Lotion), hair dryers, shower caps and bath salts. Rooms all have Queen or King pillow-top mattresses, down pillows and comforters and additional seating areas. Some rooms also have working fireplaces.    Being a small town, getting around is done either by foot, bike or car. There is limited taxi service. It's recommended that one has a car to be able to explore the neighboring towns as well. Hummingbird Inn has a private off-street parking lot on the property which is available exclusively for Inn guests. **************** PLEASE READ **************** - Hummingbird Inn has a strict "Non-Discriminatory Policy". There are also several grassy lawn areas available to guests. - Please note that we no longer allow children under the age of 12 to stay at the Inn. - Well behaved dogs allowed ($25/dog/night). Dog sitting available ($15/hr). Outdoor grassy play area is available. Dogs are welcome in any area on the property. Dog owners are responsible for any damage to the property caused by their dog. - Room Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate additional guests. There is an Additional Guest fee of $56/guest/night. - Registered Guests may invite non-registered guests to join them for breakfast. There is a "Breakfast Only" fee of $24.00/person/meal. Guests must notify Innkeeper in advance (minimum 24 hours advanced notice) as dining room space is limited.
