My condo is close to the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target and trolley. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill. Approximately 950 square feet. Recently updates ceramic tile throughout, new fixtures in bathroom. Fully furnished with linens, long term stays would need to keep on on laundry, and daily supplies Guests have full access to the condo, pool, grill, tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is Tanger outlets less than 2 miles 3 miles to the bridge on Sanibel $6 fee to cross for the day, restaurants, several public beaches, 2-3 miles to Ft myers beach with a great nightlife, shopping ,restaurants, beach activities, and more. For young kids check out nearby Lake park. Can offer some suggestions by messaging during the day. Have available help arranged if needs arise. Beach accessories are available please wash towels and be sure sand is clean off equipment and back to where it is stored! This is not included in cleaning fee! Many friendly people, safe, quiet, good area not in the heart of it all, if want to just relax. The trolley is off Pine Ridge, that will take you up and down Ft Myers beach. Lee Trans 11101 Summerlin Square Dr. FMB. Trolley is .75cents/ride, $2 for all-day pass, $4 for 3 day, HAVE EXACT CHANGE. There is a LeeFare App for cashless fare payments. Very close to great shopping, Tanger minutes away less than 2 miles, the bridge to Sanibel Island less than 3 miles, ($6/cross) Ft myers trolley access off San Carlos to avoid parking (next to Walmart) $.50 -1), many great restuarants and entertainment across the bridge to Ft Myers. Awesome sunsets. Downtown Ft Myers leaves no one disappointed with great shops restaurants, and events. Cape Coral also just another place to explore.
