This Gulf-front property is located less than a mile west of downtown Gulf Shores, within walking distance of Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe and Janino's Pizza. Highway 59 is one mile east, allowing you to visit Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and local hot spots like The Hangout easily and frequently. Beautiful Gulf State Park is two miles east, the Gulf Shores Golf Club is four miles north, the Craft Farms Golf Club is six miles north, and The Wharf - a favorite among locals and visitors for excellent shopping and dining - is seven miles northeast.

Please note that Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month.
The high rise elevator was due to open July 1st, 2022, but it will only be open during the 4th of July weekend and then it will close again for final repairs that are expected to be complete by July 14th. The elevator will be open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of the 4th of July weekend only and will close again on Tuesday, July 5th.
Please note that Gulf Village is undergoing construction. They are repairing structural damage from the hurricane, which includes drilling into concrete and painting, and workers may need access to the balconies, which means views may be blocked by the workers/equipment. This will not affect the availability of the pool, however, it may affect other amenities, and certain areas may be blocked off and re-routed if needed.
Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month.

Parking notes: 2 parking passes will be left beside the kitchen sink prior to your arrival. These parking passes must be completely filled out and displayed in your vehicle at all times during your stay. Only 2 parking passes are allowed, additional vehicles can be parked overnight at Pier 33 (guests are responsible for overnight parking fee at Pier 33).
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
