The living room opens up to our nice sized patio in the front where you can bbq, play corn hole or just relax with a glass of wine during sunset. Sorry NO PETS, not even to visit for the day. The entire home is accessible except for the garage. You will be emailed the week of your arrival the check in instructions with a new door code or I will be there if needed. I am always available for any questions by phone and close by. Also, there is only one parking spot under the carport. Please be sure to only use the spot on the right beside the trash cans. Please also be sure to leave room for the other spot so a car can park there. Located walking distance to all of the action that this beautiful beach city has to offer, from the new Lido Village, to multiple restaurants, bars and shopping all within walking distance. Located one block in from the sand you can find yourself relaxing in the sun and heading in for a quick lemonade or a break in just a matter of minutes. Also there is plenty of beach rentals nearby for surfing, paddle boarding, beach cruisers, kayaking and Duffy (electric boats) rentals to cruise around the harbor with your family. We have a yacht that is available for rent as well if you're interested please ask. Easy access to pch, 405 and 55 freeways. We have one covered parking spot in the alley and then plenty of beach parking throughout the neighborhood. Please note that the indoor fireplace is not working. Please be sure to only use the right side of the carport and leave enough room for a car to park on the left side.
