Being so close to various big streets makes getting around town a breeze. - Uber/Lyft rides to downtown are around 10 minutes. - Please note: my home has two full staircases, so you must be comfortable going up and down stairs if you choose to book. - This property is pet friendly and without pet fees, but please disclose when bringing a pet. Additional Notes: - Please treat this property with respect as if it is your own. The heart of East Nashville is a quick 5 minute Uber ride away. - I have a doorbell camera, but that is the only camera on my property. I installed it because I had a package stolen off my stoop last year, but I do not tune in or use it unless there is an important reason to. Don't worry - I'm not snooping on my guests!
