Human guests are welcome in the common grounds but guest dogs are not. There are friendly pets:2 cats,3 dogs living onsite within the common grounds. It is stocked with quality steel pots and pans, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, small frig. Clawfoot bathtub for showers and bath. Private apartment. 1.75 acres of common grounds of forest, orchards, gardens for human guests to wander, meditate, sit and relax at tables is accessible through gates about 30 feet away from the Studio. Pets are onsite, dogs are gated in the common areas distinct from this space. We have a free roaming cat that strolls by, visits all the guests in the outside spaces. You may be totally private in your Studio with private patio or enjoy on property the yards, forest beyond the gates of the main house. On a tucked away dead end country road, we enjoy being in a sun belt on 50 acre, 16 homes, country cul-de-sac. Safe, quiet, friendly, historically interesting. Five minute walk down tree lined back roads to cozy little fishing town of Trinidad. One regular sized parking space is designated for this unit. The local bus stop is 3 blocks away and can take you to local interests, or major bus lines. Bus stops at airport, five driving minutes away. Rental cars at airport, or taxi available. Preferences, as with human guests, are given to those with great references. Animals MUST be able to freely and respectfully interact with other animals, two and four footed. All dogs must be leashed from the car to unit and in the country lanes in the neighborhood. Dogs must be with their owners at all times. I don't charge a cleaning fee. It's the old fashioned Airbnb protocol: clean , dry, and put away any kitchen ware used, put the blankets comforter aside, leave stripped bedding, sheets pillows on bed, used towels in tub or with sheets.
