Original hardwood floors from the 1940's were recently refinished. Property perimeter is completely fenced. Communications: telephones, internet and WiFi, free long distance (U.S. and Canada). Parking - large off-street parking area in front of the house easily accommodates 3 cars. Garden - terraced with various raised flower/herb beds. Stairs - a total of 15 stairs from the parking area up to the house with 2 landings separating the sets of stairs. 3 stairs going down from the house to the laundry room/back porch. All stairs have hand railings. Weather - Average high temperatures: July 81F, January 58F.
