Our home is perfect for large groups. We offer a formal living room, a family/game room offering mini foosball, mid size air hockey & many board games. Centrally located in Atascadero, close to beaches and wineries, Cal Poly and downtown Paso Robles. We offer gorgeous seasonal vegetable gardens and beautiful flower gardens. Atascadero is a quaint small bedroom community offering a small town feeling away from the busy city life, it offers old and new to your visit. If you would like to discover the area, there are plenty of outside activities such as beaches, fishing, hiking, biking, tennis and golf. Atascadero also offers many fun breweries, cider houses, wine tasting, movie theater, restaurant's and more. Paso Robles Wine Country is a mere 10 minutes north, Morro Bay Beach 15 minutes west, San Luis Obispo 15 minutes south. We are centrally located on the Central Coast. This home is ABSOLUTELY a NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES house. We also ask that you respect our NO PET HOUSE rules due to owners severe allergies and asthma. Should you have a pet it would be best to find another property. FYI: We have gardeners every Thursday to help maintain the gardens for our guests. Please note the bed sizes: (1 king bed, 3 queens, 2 twin beds, 1 couch bed that can fit two small adults, 2 roll away beds, crib and a pack n play) The home is entirely yours. The indoors offers, 1 large smart tv in living room, separate family/game room offering air hockey, game table, foosball, Connect 4 and board games with smart tv. Additionally a smaller tv in downstairs bedroom offering two queen beds. Corn Hole, Washers and Ladders for all to enjoy outdoors. The Seasonal Gardens are peaceful and relaxing, enjoy the bar b que for those wanting to cook and stay in. The outdoor space offers plenty of sitting areas under the Lights of the pergola while enjoying the fire pit and waterfall. Enjoy your time away from home while visiting the Central Coast We have set up the home for you to enjoy a vacation away. We can be there for you easily by text or phone call if you need anything. The home is located behind a quiet seasonal creek at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quiet Older neighborhood, Great neighbors and perfect location for easy Hwy 101 access. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from Paso Robles, 15-20 minutes to Morro Bay, and 15-20 minutes to San Luis Obispo. Close to Wineries, Breweries, Restaurants, Family Friendly Zoo and Atascadero Lake Park. Bus, Uber and Lyft. We require a minimum age of 28 to book our home. The home offers the Ring doorbell at the front entrance and Driveway. This is for our protection when the home is vacant. We have the Nest Thermostat that we can set for your comfort. Please note that the home has a fireplace in the living room that cannot be used, but we offer a fire pit outdoors for your convenience. We have tried to make everything easy and comfortable for you with information on site to make your stay relaxing and fun. NO PETS, NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING on Premises! If anyone in your party smokes this is not the property for you. You will be fined $500, lose your deposit, be asked to vacate the property & still pay for the entire reservation. Please note: DO NOT PARK in front of our neighbors homes. Please park in our driveway and in front of our home only, no trailers or motor homes allowed. For those of you who enjoy the beach, Pismo Beach , Morro Bay, etc... there will be an additional $250 fee charged for sand clean up. Any damage to plumbing will also be at cost of guest due to sand. Lastly, should you choose to move our furniture around there is an additional $250 fee for moving any furniture back to its original location. Thank you!
