Our stylish mountainside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wifi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. This condo offers view of Longs Peak out your front windows! We recommend no more than 5 guests in this 630 square foot condo. This condo is not pet friendly. Please check out the property map page and policy page for more information. Key Pick Up Time: 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. MT / Check Out: 10:30 a.m. MT You can pick up your keys between 3:30 – 6:30 PM MT. Keys may be obtained after 6:30 PM from a lockbox located on the stairway of the building where your condo unit is located. Instructions will be provided upon request. Early check-in may be available for a charge of $100. You must give us at least 24 hours notice, and we are likely to not be able to accommodate any check-in prior to noon. Late checkout is $50 for less than one hour and $100 if more than 1 hour and less than 2 hours late. Checking out later than 2 hours past check out will result in a charge for an extra night stay, however, you will not be allowed to stay for an extra night. Keys: Please return the keys to the office at check out. There is a $5 fee for each missing key. Please drop the keys off in the box outside the office, if it’s before 8 a.m. MT. We value our guests privacy, but onsite managers are available 24/7! Fall River Village offers the only luxury riverside condos in Estes Park that are just a 5 minute walk to downtown! Guests can enjoy the most of their Estes Park vacation with our prime location, outdoor swimming pool, modern amenities and mountain views. We are also just a 4-mile drive to Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and are on the free shuttle line. Fall River Village has very limited parking and therefore for the fairness and convenience of all guests, the parking policy is strictly enforced. ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE IS PROVIDED FOR EACH UNIT AND THERE IS NO VISITOR PARKING ON SITE. Motor homes are also prohibited. Please plan accordingly. Parking in a second space or parking a vehicle too big for the parking spot allotted will leave another guest without a place to park. You will be issued one parking pass per unit upon arrival. Please ensure the parking pass is in plain sight on your vehicle’s driver-side dashboard at all times when on the Property. Vehicles without a parking pass will be towed at owners’ expense. Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email. Please return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
