Key is inside box attached to the front door. Very little interaction! Questions and concerns are immediately answered through cell phone calling or texting. Also through Airbnb messaging. Whatever is easier for the guest! 15 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine! Close to a really good seafood and Italian restaurants. Closest public beach access is 1.7 miles away, so this keeps our beach area directly in front of the condominium private. We are the only condominium complex in Crescent Beach that has a private boat ramp and dock. Beautiful area to watch lovely sunsets Easy to get around in a car and fun to ride a bike. If you don’t feel like driving Uber‘s are always available! The key to the condo is on the front door in a lockbox. We give you the combination code 24 hours before check in. After you get the key out of the lock box we ask you to Close the box change the numbers and lift the cover. When leaving to go home we ask that you put the key back in the lock box close it change the numbers and lift the cover. There is also an extra key in the condo it should be hanging from the key rack at entrance or the corkboard in the kitchen. Please put it back where you found it.
