Enjoy the walkability of our location with quick and easy access to the beach, stores, Belmont Park, and Mission Bay. Our family-friendly home and quaint neighborhood will make you feel right at home, allowing you to enjoy all of the nearby activities along with optimal relaxation at the property. This fun beach house property is located on the second level of a duplex building, with a set of exterior stairs leading to your private entrance. The home has two king bedrooms, two bunk bedrooms (4 twin bunks in one and 3 twin bunks in the other), plus a sleeper sofa. 11 guests fit in beds, 12-13 guests accepted with the use of the sleeper sofa. Ability to use stairs is required to get to the front door entrance. There are four more stairs inside the home leading from the front entrance up to the living areas, and another set of stairs leading up to the roof top deck. The home was designed for a large family with kids, or a group of two families looking to enjoy a fun vacation together. The kitchen, dining room, and living area was newly redesigned and remodeled in May of 2023, providing a perfect spot to entertain the whole group. Enjoy your private rooftop deck fit with a BBQ, seating area, and views of the ocean, bay, and city! The rooftop is a favorite spot among our family and our guests as it provides such great views and privacy. Perfect for relaxing, grilling, and dining while just steps away from the deep blue sea, the boardwalk, sandy beach, and surf! When the season is right, you can even enjoy a free fireworks show from SeaWorld San Diego each evening! Parking can often be a nuisance at the beach but with your reserved two-car garage, you can rest assured that you will have two parking spaces on the property. Spaces are fairly tight, so we always recommend bringing a smaller vehicle if you are able to. However, experienced drivers tend to not have an issue parking their large trucks or SUVS in the garage. Please see photos for reference. We have a beautiful and clean guest laundry room which is shared with our neighboring guests. The accessible laundry room will allow you to pack lightly and keep your belongings sand-free! Only reserved guests will receive access to the laundry room. If you are looking for more space for your family gathering, our ground-level unit of the same building can also accept short-term reservations. Please contact us if you would like more information about the ground-level unit and availability. The property is very close to all of Mission Beach and Mission Bay activities, but perfectly tucked away to allow for a more peaceful stay. Take a short stroll to Belmont Park and find entertainment for the whole family ranging from amusement park rides, arcade games, mini golf, zip lining, laser tag, and more! If you are looking for other activities, rental shops are readily accessible and offer everything from bike rentals to kayak and sailboat rentals. San Diego International Airport is a 15 minute drive away from the property, allowing for convenient traveling from out of town. SeaWorld San Diego is a 10 minute drive away from the property, San Diego Zoo is a 15 minute drive away.
