The kitchen offers granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space. St. Andrews Common is a private villa community at the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort, bordered on two sides by the Fazio Golf Course. Live oaks, palmettos, and other beautiful trees dominate the landscape. These two- and three-story buildings are arranged in groups of four, and they encircle a central courtyard with a shared swimming pool. The beach is less than a mile away and free beachfront parking is even available. One free hour of tennis per day included with reservations in 2020 *Please note that from 9/18/2021 until 1/18/2022 external wood repairs will be made each Saturday from 9 AM - 4 PM.
