Come stay at our coastal contemporary beachside retreat, located on the breathtakingly beautiful New Smyrna Beach. This ground-floor unit, in a quiet, well-maintained complex, opens onto a large grassy lawn, and is just a few steps away from the pool and the private, non-driving portion of the beach. Our condo is ideal for a relaxing and fun-filled family beach vacation, but would also be a perfect place to do school or work-from-home, or enjoy a “staycation” for those local to central Florida. The space This minimally decorated yet clean and comfortable unit has 3 bedrooms and can easily sleep 7! The master suite has a king-sized bed and its own bath with a stall shower. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed and a walk-in closet, and the 3rd bedroom has full over full bunk beds, with a twin trundle bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub. There is a well-stocked kitchen with brand new, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and a K-cup/pot combo coffee maker, perfect for cooking and enjoying all your meals. The dining table has 6 chairs, plus 4 bar stools at the counter, for a total of indoor seating for 10. There is a washer/dryer in unit and large flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, plus one in the main living area with cable included as well as access to login to your own Netflix, Amazon or Disney + accounts. The back porch has rocking chairs and a teak patio table, for dining alfresco or sitting and relaxing while the kids play in the grassy lawn, plus a storage container with beach chairs and a variety of sand toys to enjoy. The spacious pool area is just a few steps away, with a large (heated/chilled) pool, a kiddie pool, and plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas. There is also a communal grill area right by the pool. The gorgeous, white-sand beach is perfect for whatever type of vacation you have in mind, from surfing and water sports, to fishing, building sandcastles or just relaxing with a good book. We are located close to fishing marinas, and there is space to park a boat across the street from the condo. The surrounding areas provide casual eateries, fine dining, nightlife, and many family friendly places to explore. Flagler Avenue is only a short drive away as is downtown New Smyrna. Daytona is just 20 minutes and Orlando area theme parks are only an hour and 15 minutes away. Guest access Guests can access the entire condo, the pool area including a community grill and the beach via a newly updated boardwalk, as well as a commercial-sized coin washer/dryer located by the condo offices. Other things to note We hope you’ll enjoy our condo, and New Smyrna Beach, as much as we do! Weekly rentals are preferred for spring, summer and fall, message for any exceptions. Monthly rentals preferred for December through February, discounts offered for 1-4 month rentals. Please message with any questions!
