The home is designed for fun and keeping the group together at all times! Enjoy the entire newly furnished residence, complete with a private gate entrance. This house includes a billiards table, corn-hole set, pool, jacuzzi, picnic table, grill, fire pit, and brand new 65" TVs, so there's never a lack of entertainment to pursue. There are also some unique details throughout the house, including the "Boom Boom Room" which adds a surprisingly funky spin to an otherwise chic and modern desert retreat. Both the front and back patios have breath-taking views of the mountains, ensuring a stunning vista at every turn you look. We know you'll love the layout and are excited for you to experience it yourselves. You have access to the entire house, except the garage.
