Our rec-room comes complete with a pool table, basketball game, darts, lots of board games, and a 50-inch smart TV and we have tennis rackets & a basketball to enjoy at the beautiful park directly across the street. Our Home: We want our home to be your home when you stay and we have accommodated for all your needs including ‘spa like’ amenities in all the bathrooms, a complimentary welcome basked filled with goodies, bath towels, pool towels and luxury hotel style bedding. The heart of our home is the kitchen with its 9-foot quartz island with seating for 6, as well as brand new appliances! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need, whether cooking pizza or serving Christmas dinner on the 8-seater dining table, we have it all! You’ll fall in love with the house the moment you walk through the door, the newly furnished living space is welcoming and relaxing. We want our home to be an escape for everyone to relax and enjoy. The indoor/outdoor lifestyle is key in the desert and our completely private and manicured garden is PERFECT, whether you’re grilling on the BBQ, relaxing in the spa, playing games on the huge lawn. Or you can cool off inside the house on the 10-seat sectional sofa - watching one of the hundreds of FREE movies and TV shows on the 65’ TV. The laundry room comes with laundry detergent if you need it! We cannot wait to welcome you Home to our desert paradise! Guest Arrival: When you book, you will have the ENTIRE home to yourselves. No key is required as we have smart-lock technology. The house has an alarm and smoke/CO system as well as CCTV cameras on the OUTSIDE ONLY for added security, these are monitored through ADT. Additional Information: We provide complementary organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in all of the bathrooms, as well as basic needs (toilet paper, towels, etc.) If you are a very large group or plan to have a long stay, we will try to supply some extra amenities to accommodate. We have an intercom that plays music throughout the entire house, with a vintage record player attached. As travelers ourselves, convenience is everything; therefore we have USB charging points & luggage racks in every room. This is our home, please be respectful to our neighbors and keep all noise to a minimum. Quiet time is between 10pm-8am (no noise outside, no use of outdoor amenities, no loud noise inside). Absolutely NO parties are allowed. Smoking allowed only in outside areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. ($500 smoking fee will be added for indoor smoking and/or cleanup) There is no fence around the pool so children must be supervised at all times while outside. We have pool alarms on each sliding door, please turn them on if you require them. Please be advised that the pool can be heated for a fee of $30.00 per day. If you wish to have the pool heated, please let us know prior to your arrival. We try to accommodate everyone’s need when arriving and departing, however if you need a very early check-in and or very late check-out there is an additional $200.00 fee on request only, based on availably Well behaved pets are allowed, we ask that pets stay off the furniture and any excess cleaning required to remove dirt/fur from the furniture will accrue an extra pet cleaning charge of $150. NOTICE: There is a 3-night minimum stay for the home. Maximum number of vehicles: 4. The 12% Transient occupancy tax required by the city of Cathedral City is included in your rate.
