Permit #191377 This bright, open, fully furnished and equipped home is a half block walking distance to the beach! This is the perfect get-a-way for a large family or multiple couples wanting to get together for the ultimate vacation by the beach! You can't beat the price for everything you get with the home and the proximity to the beach! You enter at street level to 3 bedrooms (1 bunk bed) and 1 full bathroom. Downstairs you have a 4th bedroom, with a full bath, that can double as a family room. The top level is your living area and consists of the kitchen, large living room, fireplace, dining room, bathroom, and decks with ocean and valley views. Cleaning fee includes but cleaning and linens (we use 2 different companies for each.) Linen company will come by prior to your arrival and make beds with clean sheets and leave towels (1 set of towels per person the home sleeps are provided.)
