Our cottage is part of Colony One condos at Sea Mountain by Punaluu Black Sand Beach, set along the front of the bluff giving it a stunning, unobstructed view of the Pacific, golf course and Mauna Loa! Updated with all new furnishings, window treatments, paint and flooring, and a huge lanai-you will not find a better place from which to relax and explore Volcano NP, and both famous black and green sand beaches! The south part of the big island is truly "old Hawaii" with 90 miles of virgin coast! Our place is perfect for Couples or the independent traveler! It is a 835 sq ft "cottage" which is only attached along the bathroom and closet and very private! (Many other condos listed are actually lower studios with people overhead and half the size!) It has a high A-frame original cedar beamed ceiling above the spacious living room with soft automatic LED up lighting. A new 58" 4K LG TV is like 3 D without the glasses! The separate bedroom in back has it's own TV and a brand new cool gel Cal King memory foam mattress on a "wave" hardwood platform bed. Roomy bathroom with sunken tiled tub/shower and new vanity and toilet is immaculate. Kitchen has ALL appliances including full size range with oven, dishwasher, microwave and new disposal! Surely one of the nicest places available. It is our part time home!
