This is a private room with Shared Bathroom in a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house. Wifi is SUPER fast. Street parking is plenty. Guests have FULL ACCESS to the kitchen, dining, backyard, refrigerator. The space The private room is located down stairs. Guest access FULL Access to the kitchen, living room, dining, backyard, and refrigerator. Guests can cook their own meal and place some stuff in the refrigerator. PRIOR arrangement is required to use the following: Washer/Dryer Laundry fee is $5/load (detergent/fabric softener etc included) During your stay My mom is usually at the property until 4 pm. Other things to note The room is located downstairs. Depending on the guests upstairs, you might hear some foot steps. Also, there is a little noise coming from the road, since the room is near the road area I have a 70” 4k UHD TV in the living room, feel free to watch. The living room is shared with other guests. Guests have FULL access to the kitchen, however, as courtesy for other guests, Please wash utensils (soil removed) and placed in the dishwasher. DO NOT return washed utensils in the cabinet for the safety of other guests. I run the dishwasher when I am available. For used pots, you may clean them and let it dry near the sink. For the stove, please wipe it clean as courtesy for the next guest to use. Washer/Dryer can also be used for $5/load (includes use of detergent and fabric softener). It is located in the garage. Prior arrangement must be made before using it. I might install a sensor in the garage in the future. I will only set-up the regular bed which is good for 2 guests. The floor mattress will be available in the closet for guest to prepare. Extra pillows/sheets will be provided in the room and they are available in a closet in the hallway (between this room and the living room) I have extra towels (face/hand) that are available on the linen storage inside the bathroom. Please use sparingly or if needed.
