Located in a quiet neighborhood near Zephyr Cove, this 3 bedroom home with hot tub is a perfect getaway for families and friends that want to get the most out of Lake Tahoe. The home has 3 levels. The middle level (entry) includes a newly renovated living / dining / kitchen area with a vintage cast iron wood burning fireplace and half bathroom. Just off the living area is a deck and brand new (May 2020) 5-person hot tub with forest views looking toward Heavenly Ski Area. The bottom floor includes the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, and another full bathroom. The top level is a large room that has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds, each double size) that are perfect for adults and children alike. There is also an 80" Smart TV, large couch, and wet bar. There is a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway. All areas of the house are accessible to guests. Owners are not present at the property. Guests get code to the lock box with keys as well as Wi-Fi password. We are available remotely via phone or email for any questions. Zephyr Cove, home of the MS Dixie paddle Wheeler and one of Tahoe's best beaches, is just down the street from the house. To the south, Heavenly Valley Ski Area is 15 minutes away as are the entertainment options that can found at the California / Nevada stateline. Just to the north, you can enjoy hiking and biking on the Flume Trail and sledding and x-country skiing at Spooner Lake. The house is in a residential area and so does not have easy access to public transportation. Guests will need to have a car. In the winter, the roads may be icy following storms; cars with AWD / 4WD or snow chains may be required. VHR Permit # 08401494
