Our beautiful vacation pool home is only 200 yds. from Shamrock Park with it's many walking and biking trails along the waterway, within ten minutes of 4 different beaches, just a 4 min. drive from a private beach and 10 mins. from the Brohard dog beach! Our private backyard wraps around our screened in pool/lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have 2 full sized bedrooms as well as a smaller nook off from the garage that includes a full sized bed. Galley kitchen with convenient "serving window" that leads into the lanai where you can enjoy privacy while laying out, relaxing in the pool or spending time with good company around our patio table. We have an abundance of pool toys/floats, beach chairs, 4 bikes to coast on along the waterway and grill for nights you prefer to stay in to barbecue! We leave our ferry pass for you to access the private beach down the street as well as beach chairs and a cooler to bring your favorite snacks and beverages to see the amazing colors of the sunset. Our home is your home, but it's all yours when renting! We love our vacations to our Ringtail getaway but we do not reside here. You will have full access to the home during your stay. Since I do not live on-site, we likely won't be able to meet face to face, however I am happy to communicate through email and phone call. The South Venice neighborhood is a calm and relaxing place to be in Venice. You have walking, biking, and driving access to Shamrock Park which is a popular place in the neighborhood for exercise, recreation, and birding. This neighborhood is also a short drive to several beautiful beaches. You will need your own vehicle for transportation. I am new to airbnb but have been enjoying the renting out process since 2012. I am in semiretirement and this has been an exciting adventure for me. I really enjoy connecting with renters and often feel just as excited as my renters for their vacation!
