Serene, family-friendly accommodations. Private 2Bedroom, 1.25 Bath Suite offer guests a breathtaking landscape view of the Palouse. There is an additional 3rd BR available on main floor with a private bathroom, great for those having difficulty navigating stairs. Children love the secluded playroom and adults love the solitude. Our woods offer walking trails and glimpses of wildlife. The space We offer 2 spacious BR's, located in a private wing of our house on the 2nd floor. A 3rd BR on the main floor is available, helpful for those with difficulty navigating stairs. Each room comfortably sleeps 2 guests (with room for a Pack 'n Play if required); both offer a luxurious pillow-top mattress and fresh linens. In a crunch we can also set up a queen-size air bed in the living room. Please do not bring pets. This is a family-friendly safe environment. We can provide a pack'n play, baby swing and changing table, and children are entertained in the "play closet" located outside of one bedroom. The Peacock Room is our beautiful master bedroom with a Cal-King bed and a view of our poplar grove and forest of pine trees. The Rabbit Room offers a Queen bed and a stunning vista of the Palouse. It overlooks a bird feeder (a popular spot for a variety of birdlife including our regular visitors, the local rafter of wild turkeys). Both rooms share the 1.25 bathroom suite which includes a shower and Jacuzzi. We ensure our guests' privacy as these rooms are located in a private wing of the house. We also offer a spacious living room on the 1st floor with soft couches for our guests to relax, visit or simply curl up with a favorite book. The deck is the perfect place to sit and chat, all while enjoying the rolling hills during the day or the stars at night. And lastly, a basketball hoop is available for shooting baskets. Guest access Guests will have full access to the private bedroom wing located on the 2nd floor (an easy staircase), the family living room, and all the outdoor areas and walking trails. A light continental breakfast with coffee, cheese & sweet will be provided as desired. Other things to note If you are coming in winter, AWD and/or snow tires are important for this area. Please do not bring pets. We do have a house cat...but you'd never know it. She will hide under our bed your entire visit.
