Our brick "Tudor" style residence has been completely remodeled - in addition to having hardwood flooring throughout the 1st and 2nd floors, the kitchen includes Downsview cabinetry, Costa Emeralda Granite counter tops, fully integrated Subzero refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, Viking gas range w/6 burners and oven. Our home features four bedrooms and three and one half bathrooms. The first floor master includes a bay window, a gorgeous en suite with a Velux skylight and a dual sink vanity. The open flow dining and family rooms are perfect for entertaining. The second floor full bath is equipped with Carrera marble. The Lower Level space (finished in Spring 2020) offers guests a Champion Bank Shot Shuffleboard for all to enjoy! In addition to a back patio space that comfortably seats 10 and the Big House being only 1000 steps away, Allmendinger and Wurster Parks are each two blocks away - parks include a tennis court, softball and soccer fields, basketball court and play areas for children (and adults) of all ages. *Please note: The primary contact for any group interested in renting must be thirty (35) years of age or older, and at this time we do not rent to groups larger than ten (10) people.
