Living room has custom couches, giving a comfortable and spacious feeling for our guests. The master suite has a cal king bed, and the 2nd room has a queen bed. Double queen air mattress available for groups needing a third sleeping accommodation. 2 portable AC units in the living room area, with ceiling fans and floor fan throughout the house keeping it cool and comfortable. Access to a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Private parking on premises. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. A four burner webber barbecue. Trash and recycle area We check our guests in personally with our onsite managers. If there is anything that our guests need or if there are any problems or malfunctions, they are just a phone call away to resolve the problem. Managers live on property in separate unit. We are located right in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona, walking distance to town. Our neighborhood is away from the main highway, up a little hill in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors are very quiet and respectful to everyone. Tall banyan and ficus trees give a private feeling. Public transportation is offered just down the street at the local bus stop about 5 minutes walking distance We have 2 Bedrooms, but can sleep up to 6 guests. Cal-King bed in the master, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and we have a double thick queen blow up air mattress/futon (motor blow up) that can be put in the living room or outside lanai. 2 portable AC units in the living room area, with ceiling fans and floor fan throughout the house keeping it cool and comfortable.
