Banzai Homes Makati is located in SMDC Air Residences. It is a small unit with minimalist design. This place is very close to my heart as this is also my home which I personally designed. I hope guests will take good care of it. Please do understand that this is a homestay thus hotel services may not be available. In the same building we have: 1. Air Mall - grocery store, restaurants, salons, spa, and many more. 2. Air Mall pay parking - This is subject on slot availability. The space My place is at the 50th floor. Kindly expect longer time in the elevator especially at peak hours. This unit is equipped with all the basic essential appliances and cookwares. Items in the unit are all Philippine standard size. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. 1 Queen Bed (bedroom) 1 Semi Double Sofa Bed (living room) By request, we can provide additional 1 Single Bed. Please note that 4 guests may be a bit too crowded for my listing. The balcony is small in size. This is only used to appreciate the beauty of Makati especially at night time. The unit is equipped with two fiber connection from two different companies to ensure high speed internet reliability. Guest access All guests are expected to leave an ID at the lobby during your stay. As a guest, you are allowed to use the available amenities in the Building. Please remember that my place is a residential building. Thus, as a guest, there are certain restriction and requires guests to pay. These payments DO NOT go in the owner’s pockets. These payments go to the building admin for maintaining the common areas. These are the following: 1. 8th floor Pool access is exclusive of the booking. Guests are allowed to use the pool given that they will inform the host upon booking. The host will be the one buying the pool coupon from the admin with the following rates and schedule:     -    150/head/day on regular days (tues-sun) 6am-10pm     -    300/head/day on holidays     -    Pool is closed on Mondays for weekly cleaning activities. Only 2 guests are allowed to use the pool. 2. 8th floor Lounge Area - this area contains couch and work desks where you can take meetings or do some emergency support for work. 3. 8th and 7th floor Play grounds 4. 7th floor Reflective pool 5. 7th floor Seating Alcoves Other things to note Upon booking, IDs of each guest are required to be sent via the AIRBNB app - Message Tab. During your check-in, you will be asked to show and leave any form of id with your picture and name on it at the front desk.
