There's loads of light and views of the mountains and ski runs. This is a comfortable, easy-access, unique place. The layout of the rooms is ideal for families with small children or 2 couples. The second bedroom is small and secluded. Ski Ski Ski. There's nothing like walking up to ski a few runs, coming home for lunch and then getting in a few more runs before the lifts close in the evening. And, since we're walking, we don't have to negotiate, "Who's ready to drive home now?" We also bought this because summers in Salt Lake can be hot. We like to escape to the mountains to beat the heat! And, we really like being able to walk and bike ride to dinner, movies, parks, shopping and hiking. Sorry, maximum winter rental period is 4 weeks. The whole condo is yours. There's room to park 1 car in the heated garage. There's a ski/bike closet. Chances are, we'll never meet. I use a combination door lock - so I don't have to mess with keys. However, I like to "know" who's in my apartment and we'll be talking via email a fair amount. I ask you to sign a lease which outlines my expectations. We are located just opposite the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot. And, we're on 14th Street --- "downtown" Park City stretches from 9th to 2nd Street. That tells you how close we are to the highlights of Park City. Park City charges a lodging tax which mostly goes to paying for the transit system. There are 7 routes and they run every 15 minutes. It's all free - and it gets used. I find it fun chatting with other riders while I'm on the bus. There's a stop 3 doors down from us, and a major hub, at the Resort, just across the parking lot. Condo does not have air conditioning. The unit faces north and east so it doesn't usually get too hot. (Park City is at 6000 feet elevation.) There are fans, and LOADS of windows. Pets are sometimes allowed, I charge $20 per pet per night extra.
