We except 1 small-medium dog 40lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $25 dog fee.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring your dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave The space We are located across the street from Lake Tahoe with access to a private beach and within walking distance to Homewood Mountain Ski Resort.. We prefer one car per stay, but could be flexible if necessary.. We offer one or two bedrooms, which you can choose from on this site.. Our cell reception is not very good for AT&T, however if you share your # with us we can add you too our M-Cell... Sandy and I have Kayaks and paddle boards we are willing to share with you.. The Kayaks will be on the beach and the paddle boards will have a walking trailer to take them to the beach.. We will ask you to sign a waiver and release prior the use of the kayaks and paddle boards.. Guest access We have a lock box in case we are not home, otherwise we will great you upon your arrival.... Warm regards, Missy and Sandy On snowy mornings we have a plow service which comes in and plows our driveway anytime from 4am-6am, this does cause some noise, however it is awesome to wake up to a freshly plowed driveway! The Westshore may have some roadwork happening while you are here, so I suggest you plan your outings accordingly... My fitness studio can cause some noise during classes, but there are 2 walls between the studio and the flat so if you are not too sensitive to the sound of workouts it is fine!! We have had no complaints about the sound of workouts! More about our dog guests: If you come to check in with a dog and haven't had a "dog Interview" and the dog doesn't meet our criteria we reserve the right to ask you to leave with no refund. So please let us know that you are bringing the dog and we prefer no puppies under 1 year old and they must be house and kennel trained!!
