The main level includes: A large living room, dining room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen , Master bedroom with a very comfortable KING size bed, large master bath, 1/2 bath (powder bath),laundry room and a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. The second level includes: A large TV/Bar area/board games, a library of movies, a Master bedroom with a very comfy KING size bed with a large Master Bathroom , a queen size pull out sleeper sofa and 2 blowup air mattresses. The converted detached garage (Bunk House) has 2 sets of Bunk beds (4 twin beds)and a queen size sleeper sofa. The Bunk house is an excellent place for kids to hang out watching movies or playing video games. It does not have a bathroom but the entry door is only a few steps away from the main house entry door. There is a portable heater and a portable air conditioner in the Bunkhouse. Enjoy our backyard patio, BBQ Grill and salt water Hot-tub while watching the hummingbirds fly around and gaze at the Mountain Views. Plan your day golfing on one of the 3 World Class 18 hole golf courses and/or the 18 hole putting course. You'll have 6 FREE access passes to the 3 Eaglecrest sports centers, which include hot tubs, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, kiddie pools, fitness centers, SPA treatments, basketball, Racquetball, Pickleball, Tennis courts, game rooms, Pro shop, cafe, bike rentals and the Splash park for Kids! We are just a few minutes, walking distance away from the Lakeside Sports Center where the splash park is located. There are many lakes and rivers in the area that has miles of bike and nature trails for hiking, fishing, kayaking and rafting. or simply enjoy your day shopping in the nearby towns of Sisters, Redmond and Bend . In the Winter, Eagle Crest offers a shuttle to nearby Mt. Bachelor. Every snowboarder or skier will enjoy the 13 lifts and 70 runs. It has a portable air conditioner for the warm summer months. It has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 Twin Beds) and a pull-out queen sofa bed. A TV, Xbox, Video games and a dresser! It does NOT have a bathroom, but the Bunk house entry door and the main house front door are only a few steps away from each other and the half bathroom is right around the corner. There are 3 house keys, and 6 guest Sport center passes on lanyards provided for your use during your stay and must be left in the home upon checkout. You can purchase extra passes at any Eaglecrest resort for $25 per day, per person. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $50 per house key charge for any lost house keys.
