Nestled at the crossroads of the Luberon, Comtat Venaissin and Drôme regions, this former farmhouse on a vineyard estate was renovated in 2022. The house overlooks the large courtyard planted with century-old plane trees, the vineyards, the large garden, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. A haven of peace, with an elegant, authentic and uncluttered rural atmosphere. Ideal for 2, 3 or 4 people, in early or late season, to discover the Haut-Vaucluse. The space The house : ground floor - direct entrance into the vast, fully-equipped kitchen-dining room with three large windows. From this room, there is access to the utility room with toilet and, through another opening, to the large, bright lounge with its three windows. The staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of 23m2 and the other of 26m2, each with its own bathroom and toilet. 2)The owners Sabine and Nick, the estate's former winegrowers, are passionate about the cultural and winegrowing history of the region. They will be happy to show you places to see, things to do, wineries and restaurants to visit. Nick also offers organised tours of Chateauneuf-du-Pape and a wine workshop at the estate. 3) The region and its highlights The lavender fields of the Lubéron The Côtes du Rhône wines: Cairanne, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Chateauneuf du Pape... In Vaison-la-Romaine and Orange, the ancient theatre In Grignan, the château of the Marquise de Sévigné Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Aix-en-Provence, les Baux, The calanques of Marseille, the Pont du Gard, the ski slopes of Mont Ventoux, the beaches of Grau du Roi. The Richerenches truffle, a must in winter and only a 15-minute drive from the house, and many other places to discover. Guest access The 18x5m swimming pool for young and old (can be shared). Surrounded by lawns for playing or lounging in the shade of parasols. Meals around garden tables and chairs in the shade of century-old trees. Barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers to make the most of the courtyards and gardens. Olive trees, lavender, fruit trees and vines are grown all around the house. For cooking enthusiasts, you can pick your own herbs from the vegetable garden.
